OTHER TINY HOME PLACEMENT OPTIONS:
PRIVATE LOTS- Another option is to enroll in our “Tiny Home Site-Placement Program”. This program pairs Tiny Home Owners up with local Landowners. It’s designed to give Tiny Home Owners a friendly place to live on shorter lease terms. A great option for folks who are still looking for a permanent home site.
MOBILE HOME PARKS- Many mobile home parks are now accepting Tiny Homes that are built to IRC standards.
RV PARKS- This is a great option for Tiny Home Owners who wish to travel more. Have your Tiny Home certified to RVIA standards and legally registered as a RV (recreational Vehicle). This allows you to take your Tiny Home into any RV Park in the country.

SUSTAINABILITY
The Zen Cottages began on an Organic Farm in Encinitas CA. The plan with the first model was to create a solution for affordable housing in San Diego. It didn't take long for neighbors to notice our little "zen" cottage, and the response was wonderful. Here we are 3 years later building an incredible Tiny Home Community thats going to change the way people perceive quality of life in San Diego.
